Things high in magnesium

Basic:

 

Kefir (or yoghurt)

 

Sunflower/pumkin seeds

 

Bananas

 

Pears

2 pieces

Chocolate

 

Hvedekerner ?

Figs

1-2

Spinache

A cup

Blackberries

 

Flax seed oil

 

Water

200 ml

Almonds

A handful

 

 

Topping

 

Raw cocoa

 

Spirulina

 

Preparation and tips

 

Place all the ingredients (besides the cocoa and spirulina) in the blender. Add Raw cocoa and spirulina on the top.

Tips: Sit down under the sun and enjoy it. If you have been doing exercise before, even better.

 

Why

 

Magnesium is one of the most essential minerals in the human body connected with brain biochemistry. Pears and figs contain magnesium, and all green leaves are wonderful sources of Magnesium (Green leaves are rich in Chlorophyll and chlorophyll has magnesium). And tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin which plays a significant role in reducing depressions.
